Welcome to the Waterloo Environment Students Endowment Fund (WESEF) web site.

WESEF was established by our students in the Fall of 1997 to raise money to improve the quality of undergraduate and graduate academic and student life of the Faculty of Environment.

Since 1997, WESEF has approved more than $500,000 in student-led projects that benefit the education and student life experience of Environment students.

WESEF's special "$100,000 in Change" competition is now over! The ballots have been counted and the winner is the Coffee Shop proposal! It will be funded the full $58,000 it applied for. The remainder of the money will be put towards the runner up proposal for cycling and water fountain infrastructure. More information about the results is available from the Faculty of Environment news feed.

Your endowment fund has a new $1,000 scholarship to reward you for everything you have given to your faculty. Check out the description and apply soon! The deadline is March 14.
