Future Students

As governments and industries strive to incorporate environmental obligations into their operational strategies, the University of Waterloo has built on its 40 years as a leader in tackling resource, ecosystem, policy and sustainability issues with the School for Environment, Enterprise and Development (SEED). Students in this innovative school - the first of its kind in Canada - participate in extensive cooperative education and field training. This provides them with expertise that businesses and governments can draw on to seamlessly integrate environmental sustainability imperatives with business and economic needs.Though specific interests may vary, SEED graduates have one thing in common: They are successful.
