Highlights from this year's event at the University of Waterloo included:

- a map gallery filled with research results and class projects
- lightning talk sessions where more than 20 students shared ideas and project highlights
- a mapping basics demonstration for those that are new to GIS
- light refreshments courtesy of the Toronto Branch - Canadian Institute of Geomatics and door prizes provided by our generous sponsors
- pictures from this year's event are available here
A special thank you goes out to all those who participated. Hope to see you again next year.
